Delete Your Lyfta AI Account

You can request deletion of your Lyfta AI account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to do so and what data is deleted.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Lyfta AI app on your device.
Tap the Settings tab (bottom navigation).
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Your account credentials (username, email, password hash)
Your profile information (age, height, weight, fitness goals, preferences)
All workout logs, food logs, cardio sessions, and weight entries
Your meal plans and workout plans
Chat messages and trainer/client connections
Push notification tokens
All other data associated with your account

Data Retention

All data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. No personal data is retained after deletion. Anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate statistics (e.g., total number of workouts logged across all users) may be retained for product analytics, but these cannot be linked back to you.

Cancel Your Subscription First

If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account:

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Lyfta AI → Cancel
Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Lyfta AI → Cancel

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription billing.
