Cable Concentration Curl: how to do it and form tips

A standing or kneeling cable curl with the arm braced against the thigh, combining the constant tension of cables with the peak-contraction isolation of a classic concentration curl.

Form tips

  1. Set the cable at the lowest position and brace your elbow against the inside of your thigh.
  2. Supinate your wrist fully at the top — turning the pinky toward the ceiling maximises bicep peak.
  3. Hold the contracted position for a full second before lowering.
